Bipolar Disorder
Bipolar disorder is the name given to the experience of abnormal moods or exaggerated mood swings:
The high moods are called manic episodes.
The low moods are called depressive episodes.

Symptoms of mania include:
An exaggerated feeling of elation or euphoria

Grandiose ideas

Increased sexual drive
Symptoms of depression include:
Feeling extremely sad and unable to experience pleasure
A persistent sad, anxious or empty mood
Poor or disrupted sleep
Feelings of worthlessness or hopelessness
Decreased interest in sex
Poor concentration
Thoughts of suicide or suicide attempts
