I am an experienced registered Clinical Psychologist working in private practice in Carine, which is in the Northern Suburbs of Perth, WA.

Professional and Supportive

I offer professional, confidential and supportive psychotherapy and counselling services to adults (individuals and couples) and older adolescents suffering from a wide range of personal, interpersonal and life difficulties such as anxiety, depression, bereavement, bi-polar affective disorder, OCD, anger, adjustment problems and many others.

Meaning, purpose and happiness

I can help you to work through the problems that have lead you into a difficult time of your life or to address long standing difficulties you may have had relating to yourself and others, that are preventing you from reaching your full potential and finding meaning, purpose and happiness in your life.

The therapy environment

The decision to seek help from a psychologist is not made lightly. Some people do not know what to expect and are very fearful of the whole process.

You will deal exclusively with me from the first phone call, text or email. 1 strive to make you feel as comfortable as possible by providing a warm, friendly, unthreatening experience right from the start.

I create conditions for you to deal with things that have happened in the past, to examine your thoughts and behaviours, to become aware of your feelings and your values, to try out new ways of dealing with problems and to discover ways to live your life purposefully.
